Meet Chris Bexon
Chris Bexon has spent 30 years transforming how organisations deliver value — from developer to global Change Agent across banking, healthcare, government, and technology. As a Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer, ICAgile Instructor, and Certified Co-Active Coach, he's guided organisations across every sector in shifting from industrial-age structures to flow-focused, product-led operating models.
Frustrated that most training teaches theory without building real capability, Chris founded Genius Teams to do something different: create production-quality interactive simulations where teams experience flow, experiment with strategies, and build genuine understanding — not just pass an exam.
The result is a training platform built with the same tools and AI-driven techniques Chris teaches — designed, developed, and continuously improved using the very principles of flow, experimentation, and evidence-based decision making that underpin every course.
When he's not building simulations or coaching leadership teams, Chris is probably designing the next interactive lab — convinced that the best way to learn is still by doing.
From classroom to interactive lab
Traditional agile training works — but it doesn't scale. A two-day classroom course can shift mindsets, but only for the people in the room. And when the course ends, teams go back to the same systems, the same habits, the same pressure. The learning fades.
Video courses tried to solve the scale problem, but they traded away the thing that makes training stick: participation. Watching someone explain Kanban is not the same as running a board, managing WIP limits under pressure, and seeing flow metrics change based on your decisions.
